You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the website. Prohibited behavior includes harassment, causing damage, or disruption to normal flow of dialogue.

3. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and pricing for all products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on our website is accurate, complete, or error-free.

4. Pricing and Availability

All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products. We are not responsible for availability of products after an order is placed.

5. Bespoke Suit Terms

Bespoke suits are custom-made products. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. A 50% deposit is required to initiate the bespoke process. Production typically takes 4-6 weeks.

6. Measurement Accuracy

For bespoke suits, accurate measurements are critical. We are not responsible for fit issues resulting from inaccurate measurements provided by the customer. Free alterations are included for 30 days post-delivery.

7. Payment Terms

Payment must be received before orders are processed. We accept various payment methods as displayed on checkout. All transactions are processed securely via WhatsApp confirmation followed by payment collection.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to ship orders within the timeframe specified. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to you once items are delivered to the carrier.

9. Limitation of Liability

RIGO WEAR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the website or products.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, are the property of RIGO WEAR or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our written permission.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located therein.
