1. Bespoke Suits (Custom Made)

Since all RIGO WEAR bespoke suits are custom-made to your exact measurements and specifications, they are non-refundable. However, we offer free alterations for up to 30 days after delivery to ensure perfect fit.

2. Ready-Made Items

Ready-made suits and accessories may be returned within 30 days of purchase in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Items must be in resellable condition to qualify for return.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp at +254 115 509 921 or email rigowear254@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return shipping instructions.

4. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

5. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for defective items within 30 days. For bespoke suits, we offer unlimited free alterations for the first month to achieve the perfect fit.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with photos. We will replace the item at no cost or provide a full refund.

7. Shipping Costs

We cover return shipping for defective items. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All exchanges include free return shipping.
